1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription (monthly or yearly) at any time via the control panel.
- Upon cancellation, auto-renewal stops and no future charges will be made
- Account access continues until the end of the current paid period
- You can cancel from the Settings page in the dashboard
- No additional fees or penalties for cancellation
2. Refunds
We guarantee a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, provided that:
- Not consuming more than 20% of the plan credits
- Submit a refund request via email to support: support@auto-seo.net
- The request is processed and the amount returned to the same payment method within 5-14 business days
Note: The refund period starts from the date of the first payment for the new subscription. For auto-renewing subscriptions, the refund period starts from the renewal date.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After 7 days from the first payment date
- Upon consuming more than 20% of the plan credits
- Upon violation of Terms of Use
- For free plans (no payment to refund)
How to Request a Refund
- Send a refund request via email: support@auto-seo.net
- Include in the message: your account number, payment date, and reason for refund
- Your request will be reviewed within 24-48 hours
- After approval, the amount will be returned to the same payment method within 5-14 business days
